Dandan Fei is a partner at Guantao Law Firm Office. Her previous roles in government, the procuratorate and cross-border investment fund management give her a combined background in law, industry, capital and compliance. She graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, holds an MBA from Peking University and an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. Her practice covers outbound expansion and overseas compliance, cross-border investment and financing, overseas listings, corporate governance, M&A and restructuring, international disputes and cross-border enforcement. She has handled projects for clients in advanced manufacturing, new energy, healthcare, semiconductors, electronic information, cross-border e-commerce and consumer products.
